Mandeep Gurm

Mandeep is a fourth year PhD student in the Clinical Psychology program at Simon Fraser University. Her research has been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council at both the Master’s and Doctoral levels. Her interests include working with children, adolescents, and their families in both research and clinical work. Broadly, Mandeep is interested in examining how individual differences in parent-child interactions have implications for child functioning including. Other research interests include family influences on child social competence, other family influences, executive functioning and how all of these variables relate to child development and mental health.
