Jodi Yager

Jodi Yager, PhD. is a graduate of the Clinical Psychology program at SFU. She completed her B.Sc. in Biopsychology at UBC and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Waterloo, and PhD with Dr. Grace Iarocci at SFU. Her research interests are focused on understanding social competence in children and adolescents with ASD. The title of her thesis was "Understanding Social Competence in Autism Spectrum Disorders: The Developmeent of a Standardized Measure".

Jodi s doctoral studies have been funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research (MRSFHR), and Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP). She is also an alumni student research fellow of the Autism Research Training Program (ART).
